A&R Rep Internship Program

  • The duration of our A&R (Artists & Repertoire) Internship Program is:

    • 3-4 months (remote)

    • 6 months (remote)

    You will have a designated A&R Director and Team on our Webex App. We conduct Daily Check-Ins, Group Meetings, Administration Support, and Informational 1-on-1 meetings.

  • Our A&R (Artists & Repertoire) Internship Program provides aspiring music industry professionals with hands-on experience in the exciting world of discovering and developing new talent. Here's a glimpse into what it typically entails: Artist Discovery & Evaluation, A&R Support, Key Skills Developed, Administrative Support, Gaining Real-World Experience, Networking, and Career Development.

    Key Skills Developed:

    • Music Industry Knowledge: Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the music industry, including A&R processes, artist development, and the music business landscape.

    • Analytical & Critical Thinking: Developing strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate artists, analyze data, and identify potential.

    • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Enhancing communication and interpersonal skills through interactions with artists, managers, and other industry professionals.

    • Research & Information Gathering: Refining research and information-gathering skills to identify and assess emerging talent.

    You will have a designated PR Director and Team on our Webex App. We conduct Daily Check-Ins, Group Meetings, Administration Support, and Informational 1-on-1 meetings.
