In Case You Missed It: FOE AK Gives Us The Inside Scoop Into What’s Coming For 2025 In New Interview
“You’re going to see a lot more of my face.” FOE AK teased fans last Thursday about what's in store for the rest of 2025 in an interview with Nothing But Arts INC. for their series, “Creatives Around the World,” hosted by Starr Jackson. During this conversation, hosted on Instagram Live, FOE AK and Starr Jackson got into the deeper parts of what defines the creative process, significant influences in their craft, and the motivators of the passion that drives artists. Between filming, writing, and recording, FOE AK has a lot in store for fans this year.
FOE AK announced that he will release an EP this year, his first project under OceanFive Records. In describing the essence of this new era, FOE AK told listeners, “It's a lot of realness, a lot of rawness in there… Some things for the ladies in there, for sure.” There is no official release date at this time, but fans should keep a close eye on the Broward County rapper over the next few months.

Finally, FOE AK mentioned that he has been pursuing acting, a love that started while making music videos is now in full bloom, seeing as though he will be starring in a short film set to be released later this year.
While the new releases are something to look forward to, this interview allowed FOE AK the opportunity to look back on his growth to inspire both himself and others towards progress. He cited the influence that R&B, soul, rap, and hip-hop have had on his creative process and gospel and reggae, genres to which FOE AK had been introduced from a young age through his parents. “Latin-influenced and Carribean-influenced genres are something he is interested in, “I feel I’m very versatile… But I mean, I don’t mind stepping out to like Spanish or reggae, something like that.”

As for motivation, FOE AK mentioned that his biggest inspiration is his pure love for music, “I just love being around anything that has to do with the craft. I got a deep love for it.” While the road to success can be frustrating, FOE AK elaborated that within that frustration, grounding yourself and being patient with yourself is key, as he cited a lyric from his song, “Closure.” He and Starr Jackson also referenced the importance of having others by your side on your journey. After reflecting on his career so far, FOE AK is determined to give listeners an abundance of exciting material in 2025. “This is going to be a good year. We're going to drop an EP, we got more visuals, we got more content unrelated to music- just everything.
